Most of the patients who underwent antireflux surgery; a little time after surgery many of symptom is seen relapse. this condition is not false surgery. But this is result of insufficient evaluatin preoperatively. Such as helicbacter pylori, dental plaque. Surgeon should be sure enough gastric outlet and oral hygiene. Before surgery, biopsy must be taken on antrum and check oral cavity absolutely [1,2].

As a result, Antireflux surgery candidate patients should be examined on Helicobacter pylori. Because Helicobacter pylori is accumulated in antrum. This condition is cause of gastric outlet obstruction. Dental plaque, poor oral hygiene, and periodontal disease are risk factors for Helicobacter pylori infection.
