Abstract: Objective: To study the effect of raloxifene on endometrioma cells in culture.
Methods: Three cell lines were developed from endometriomas removed surgically. These were treated with Raloxifene in a concentration of 200 micrograms/milliliter of culture medium.

Abstract: An extremely rare congenital choroid plexus papilloma of right ventricle of the brain was diagnosed in a newborn at three weeks of age. Due to the increasing production of the liquor the tumor was removed surgically 2 days later.

Abstract: The presence of any three of the vertebral defects, anal atresia, cardiac defects, trachea-esophageal fistula, renal or limb anomalies describes VACTERL/VATER syndrome. In addition to these defects, patients may have other anomalies and its incidence ranges between 1 in 10,000 to 1 in 40,000 live born infants.
