Non-Traumatic Corneal Perforation

Corneal perforation is a potentially devastating complication that
can result from numerous conditions that precipitate corneal melting.
We report a clinical of a 65 years old woman who has presented
in the emergency room with a non traumatic corneal perforation,
with expulsion of the lens. Complicated by the presence of a chronic
antecedent of corneal ulcer (Figure 1).
