This is a 15-year-old adolescent with no particular pathological history and a bilateral congenital cataract. He was admitted to the emergency room for reduced visual acuity; The ophthalmological examination revealed: visual acuity of 10/10 on the right and 08/10 on the left with correction, normal ocular tone, spider bridge cataract in both eyes and the posterior segment was unremarkable. Given the good visual acuity with correction and the minimal risk of amblyopia, we decided to abstain from therapy and monitor.
