According to professional recommendations [1], complete denture replacement should be made at intervals from 6 to 9 years. Nevertheless, it is not uncommon use of dentures for longer periods [2]. Effects such as residual ridge resorption, mucosal reactions, burning mouth syndrome, temporomandibular disorders are cited in the literature [3]. A woman 81 Year Old, end-stage lung cancer, asked for dental visit complaining of excessive salivation. During the visit, it was observed that the prosthesis was unadapted and worn, reporting use for more than ten years. The unadapted prosthesis resulted in a factitious lesion in the region between lower lip and chin (Figure 1).
