Students used to read books. Lot of Text with big chapters. Most students nowadays don’t prefer big Text Books and use them as a source of reference only. Smaller Concept oriented books mainly with Questions and Explanations are in Fashion and demand. They add Charisma and Interest in reading and are more Examination oriented. Example of Question asked with Educational Objective of Understanding a Case and Answer:
A 55 year-old young male is brought to the emergency room after an Accident on a highway in an unconscious state. His vital signs are, temperature: 97.60F; PR: 134/min; BP: unrecordable; RR: 20/min. On examination he has multiple rib fractures with a portable chest x-ray showing superior Mediastinum width of 9.5cm (Normal is <8cm). What would be the next step in management of this patient?
- Put a chest tube inside.

Answer: Do an immediate CT chest.
This Question would test this is a case of Aortic Rupture. The confirmatory test is CT or an Angiogram Aortic rupture should be ruled out in all the trauma patients with severe chest trauma and hypotension.
