A Diffuse Spinocellular Carcinoma

Clinical Image
A 62-year-old man presented with a 6-months history of diffuse coetaneous, pigmented and towering nodules. He had no specific medical history. On physical examination, he had multiple lesions in the skin covering with several budding and pigmented lesions of the scalp, in the chest and limbs. The initial work-up including computed tomography of the body has objectified no visceral involvement. Biopsies were performed with histopathological study concluded to a diffuse form of spinocellular carcinoma. The patient underwent palliative chemotherapy with 5-fluorouracil and cisplatin, with disease progression. He dead after five months of evolution.
